SevyDevy provides access to digital software services immediately after purchase.
Because the service is delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided once usage has started.
If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a technical issue, or were unable to access the service, you may contact support within 7 days of purchase for review.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.
SevyDevy reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or excessive usage.
